Paignton — The English Riviera

Four nights at the Queens Hotel in Paignton, on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis, make this a relaxed and sociable break on the English Riviera. Paignton sits on the sweep of Torbay, with a sandy beach, a Victorian pier and a promenade lined with cafes and shops, and the hotel has a pool and leisure facilities you are welcome to use throughout your stay.

We include an excursion to the pretty harbour town of Dartmouth, with its historic quayside, independent shops and views over the River Dart. A cruise along the river from Dartmouth to Totnes is also included, a gentle journey past wooded banks and riverside villages to one of Devon's most characterful old market towns.

There is evening entertainment at the hotel and a day at leisure to enjoy the pool or explore Torbay in your own time. Torquay, Brixham and the surrounding coast are all close by, so there is plenty to fill the quiet moments.
