When you book a package holiday with Gold Crest Holidays (Cawthorne's Travel Ltd), your booking is financially protected, as required by the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.

What this means for you

If we became insolvent and could not provide your holiday, the arrangements above are there to refund the money you have paid for a trip that has not yet happened, and, if you are already away, to cover the cost of getting you home.

Your rights as a package traveller

Our package holidays are covered by the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. We are fully responsible for the proper performance of the package as a whole, and if you are in difficulty during your trip we will give you prompt assistance.
