Tenby

Picturesque Tenby is one of Wales' most-loved seaside towns. Enclosed within medieval town walls, the colourful pastel-painted houses, golden sandy beaches and charming harbour make it one of the most photogenic destinations in the UK.

Situated on the Pembrokeshire coast, Tenby offers a wonderful mix of history, scenery and seaside charm. Explore the Norman castle ruins perched above the harbour, stroll along the famous Castle Beach, browse the independent shops along the High Street, or simply relax over fresh seafood at one of the harbour-side restaurants.

For the more adventurous, boat trips to the peaceful Caldey Island — home to a community of Cistercian monks — depart regularly from the harbour. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path also offers some of the most dramatic coastal walking in Britain.
